Following tasks are included in this service, subject to booked number of hours: dusting all surfaces, vacuum and mop all floors, clean the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths, clean the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks, wash and dry dishes and put them away.

We strive to provide our clients with the best possible service, and that includes being on time. However, we understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, such as unexpected traffic. If you experience a delay in service due to traffic, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Client may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. For cancellation & refund, refer to clause 1.12 to clause 1.16 - refer to terms & conditions at https://dubaihousekeeping.com/terms-conditions

This service does not include the following:
* Deep cleaning and removing of grime or scale build-ups.
* Decluttering, Tidying & organizing. Kindly book our Decluttering & Organizing service including tidying up before or after moving in a new property.
* Moving furniture. This includes tasks such as moving beds, couches, and tables.
* Cleaning patios or garages. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing windows.
* Cleaning unreachable areas (over 1.6 meters). This includes tasks such as cleaning ceiling fans, light fixtures, and windows that are too high to reach.
* External window cleaning. This includes tasks such as washing and waxing windows on the outside of the home.
* Any External cleaning in the summer season, including balcony, terrace & sit out area.
